- DropVid saves the file TikTok serves to its own player. Most videos come without the moving TikTok watermark, but some creators' videos include it.
- Can I get only the sound?
- Yes. Choose Audio only and pick MP3 or M4A.
- Why does a video say it is blocked?
- Some TikTok posts are limited to certain countries. Those cannot be saved from our server.
- Is DropVid free?

- Do you keep my files?
- No. A file waits on our server for up to 20 minutes, then it is deleted. Once you save it, it is deleted two minutes later.
- Is it legal?
- Saving public videos for personal use is allowed in many places, but it depends on where you live and on the video. Only download what you have the right to.
