- YouTube often blocks servers like ours. DropVid does not use accounts or tricks to get around that, so some videos cannot be saved.
- Can I save a playlist?
- Yes, up to 25 videos at a time, when YouTube allows it.
- Is DropVid free?
- Five downloads a day are free, with no account and no sign-up. Thumbnails, subtitles and the editor are always free. For more downloads, buy a pack of credits.
- Do you keep my files?
- No. A file waits on our server for up to 20 minutes, then it is deleted. Once you save it, it is deleted two minutes later.
- Is it legal?
- Saving public videos for personal use is allowed in many places, but it depends on where you live and on the video. Only download what you have the right to.
